About Chris

Here is my new blog about contact lenses and glasses. I am shortsighted myself and I want to share my knowledge on how to treat your eyes properly to keep them healthy. I was made to wear glasses since I was very young. Astigmatism runs in my family and surgery options while I was growing up were almost non existent. As a result, I incorporated glasses to my personality from an early age. I hated my glasses throughout my childhood and when I became a teenager, my obsession for glasses and eye wear became a quest to find those that would make me feel good. The rich and famous wore glasses and looked glamorous in magazines and TV so I concluded that I just needed to improve my relationship with eye wear of all kinds.

My world in HD

I absorb information visually and if glasses and contacts are to be my main tool to absorb information, then it is justifiable that I have the best possible tools in the market. I am really happy to report that all things eye related, became the knowledge I want to share in this blog. There is so much going on that I pile up and update this knowledge almost on daily basis.

If you think about it, there are plenty of reasons why we should know more about eye wear and contacts:

- It is a fact that eye wear and contact lenses offer a profitable business to the fashion industry

-Science keeps advancing and finding new ways to improve our sight

-There are now prescription glasses in all shapes and forms regardless of sight condition.-In spite of my mum's objection, it is necessary (or at least advisable) to have prescription sunglasses

-Contact lenses may be aimed to improve your sight but they can also be "dressed" to complete a gorgeous look.

For those of us who need help improving our sight, a world in HD is completely feasible and it may actually offer us the advantage of having a good excuse to enjoy shopping for glasses.

What I can see

If you need a new pair of glasses and want to try a new on-line service or want to know more about contact lenses you can get some good advise from others or risk going for it without really knowing what to expect. Sometimes this works but I personally prefer to research on my own so I can make up my mind and learn more in the process. I can offer you my experiences and opinions and maybe even get to check something for you if you ask nicely!

I also like learning how to keep my purchases in top condition and there is a lot of stuff about contact lenses, contact lenses quality, weekly deliveries etc that I would like to tell everyone about. This blog allows me to offer my opinions and reviews which although may not fit yours, can give you an additional element of information that may not be available elsewhere.

Keep in mind: I am not an expert but I am into everything related with eyes. I offer my honest and personal opinion I want my reviews to be helpful and I welcome your suggestions. If a sponsor wants me to review a product I might include a link to their website. You can help supporting this blog by visiting their site. I've done an extensive research on online retailers for all kinds of visual aids as well as their discount offers and coupons. I am posting their deals regularly, my reviews and news from this market.
